Physician Associate

Heather Hernandez is a Physician Associate at Centennial Surgery. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science from Arizona State University and a Master’s Degree in Medical Science from Yale University School of Medicine.

Heather has a special interest in preventative medicine and rural health. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys outdoor activities, including hiking, fishing, and paddleboarding, as well as spending quality time with her family and dogs.
