About Us

Our Services

Centennial Pediatrics is a full service pediatric practice offering comprehensive care for infants, children and young adults.

Also known as wellness visits, preventative care visits or physicals. At these visits we see how your child is growing and which immunizations are needing to be administered. These visits are also great times to discuss other topics such as eating, sleeping, behavior and development issues.

Centennial Pediatrics follows the CDC guidelines for all vaccines and immunization schedules.

Our physicians help manage Autism, ADHD, Developmental delay, Anger Management and Anxiety.

Patient Portal

Centennial Medical Group is proud to announce a Patient Portal where patients are able to schedule appointments and access their records online.

The Patient Portal helps you manage your healthcare easily and securely.

At Centennial Pediatrics, we are accepting new patients and are networked with most health plans. Our primary goal is to care for your infants, children and adolescents with the best quality care.

For your convenience we also offer same day appointments, we understand that you can’t always predict what is going to happen. We work hard to keep all children’s vaccines up to date and give continuous care and knowledge to your family to help keep your children healthy.

School Immunization Information For Parents

Shots are required by law for children in attendance at public and private schools, preschools, childcare facilities, and Head Start programs in Oregon. Nearly every place that provides care for a child outside the home requires shots or a medical or non-medical exemption to stay enrolled.
